For more than 20 years, I’ve partnered with founders and executives through growth, transition, and the complexity that emerges when good work outpaces the systems meant to support it.

My approach blends strategic thinking with hands‑on implementation. I've designed operating models, led transitions, built the documentation that teams actually used, and stepped into leadership role when organizations needed steadiness most.
